1. If you take a break from classes for more than 20 days and seek to retain the same teacher upon return, a 50% fee is required for the duration of your absence.

2. If a break of fewer than 20 days is taken, or if holidays commence without prior notice, the full fee will be charged.

3. If a holiday exceeding 20 days is commenced without advance notice, the full fee will be charged.

4. Full tuition applies if any classes are attended within the month. Only with prior notification, an absence of 20 consecutive days qualifies for the reduced fee

5. Once you’ve informed us of your holidays, we will provide you with instructions on how to make the half payment for that month.
